Welcome to the Disco CandyFactory. This blog is about my experience and process with tabletop game design. While it began with stories of the design process behind Disco Candybar (probably not the final name of the game), a family-friendly, easily accessible adventure board game, it’s since grown to cover a whole lot more.
My name is Sean Fletcher (more often known as just Fletch within the industry) and I’m a game designer who’s designed and worked on over 30 published titles, including Harry Potter: Hogwarts Battle, Disney Sorcerer’s Arena: Epic Alliances, and Wonky. I was on the design team for the Magic: the Gathering expansion, Shadowmoor, and led the design teams for Disney Lorcana’s Whispers in the Well and Wilds Unknown expansions, plus a few more that have yet to be announced. I’ve worked on a wide range of projects with the teams at Forrest-Pruzan Creative (the home of Prospero Hall, and later the core of Funko Games), USAopoly, Cephalofair Games, and more
.
I’m currently available for contract and full-time work. Got a project you need design, development, or playtest management help on? Drop me a line. You can find me on LinkedIn here, or as GameMakerFletch on BlueSky and Instagram.
